How to apply file policies on Celerra

Hi
I'm thinking in replace my fileservers (typical W2000 with file shares).
Right now, for defining quotas and user polices (specially for prohibiting, auditing, or limiting access to any specified file type for example: MPEG, MP3) we use NTP Quota.

I think Celerra doesn't bring this feature. Is there any product that works with Celerra, so I can apply these policies? I think NTP Quota is just for Windows
