hi guys,

How to any times dial "0" to reception, if only in audix. in all process. If guest dial wrong number and only ring he could press "0" to reception get help.

I'm not sure that you can set this up as a system wide feature or not. This is usually set up on the subscribers box as a covering extension. Then the subscriber adds the message to their personal greetings

"Hi you have reached the VM of John Doe. Leave a message or press 0 now for help."

but my client said his US. office could do press "0" any times to reception, not in audix.

Is there have any other suggest?
