How to answer (pick up) a call ringing on another extension NEC SL2100

Dear Forum Members,

Kindly can anyone guide me on how to allow Extension 208 to answer call of another extension 204 if being called externally from a (mobile/Landline) on trunk line 006. I can't figure it out.

Assuming user at 208 can hear extension 204 ringing, use call pickup. Program a call pickup button or:

If they are in the same group - Dial *#
If they are in different groups - Dial 769 (call pickup code for alternate group)
Use directed pickup - Dial ** extension number so in your case - ** 204

The question that also needs asking is, is it the phone that is being called directly or is it a member of of a ring group that is ringing?
