How to allow or deny access

Heelo,

I have a problem. I don't now how to deny specified IP adress in my network from accessing internet trough my computer? Is there any file where I can make I program to change it automaticly?

If you have an Internet router, you can probably block this IP address on there.

Yes I have an internet router but I'm making an aplication that will do that and I don't know how. I must block all ip's and only give access to internet to those ip's that have correct username and password. I forward all traffic from router to my computer and then to internet.
So if anybody knows the answer?
