How to allow opt out of Hold Queue

Using IP 500 with Embedded Voicemail
Is there a way to allow callers in queue to a hunt group to opt out to leave a voice mail? This is 3 phones in a start up call center. Calls will hold on 6 lines until a station opens up. Customer would like to allow opt out to vm.

You need voicemail pro for that.
Embedded can not do that.
