How to allow new incoming call to available extension

Hi All,

I trying to configure my TDA100 to allow my co line able to receive more than 1 call at the same time when the line are been used(busy) however i couldn't get the right configuration. I only manage to the stage where the line are ringing while the line currently engaged but it didn't rang to the other available extension.
 
do you have more than 1 line on the system, if so do they have hunting / rollover setup with the provider
 
Yes, i have more than 1 line on the system. Example, 1st line number 12345 2nd line number is 67890. When the line 12345 is engaged or used by 1 extension, i want to allow new incoming call on line 12345 to routed to other extension while the line 12345 is even it still used by other extension.
 
that is for the line provider to setup once you have set the ringing for both lines to be the same and they setup hunting/rollover if first line is in use the second line will ring in
 
OK. I got another favor to ask. the enviroment is like this. I got 4 incoming co line with different number and 2 group. I trying to allow each group to receive call from 2 co number. mean group 1 will receiving call from co 1 & 2 while group 2 co 3 & 4. how ever each group only able to receive call from single co line e.g group 1 only receive call for co 1 and group 2 co 3. the application only allow 1 cos for each icd

Trunk groups don't stop incoming calls to extensions or groups

If line 1-2 are dil to group 1 and line 3-4 are dil ring to group 2 then the members in those groups will ring for those lines

If you want different members to ring for each line then you point the lines to ring 4 different icd group and put what extension you want to ring in each group


You can have any extension in any group
