How to allow multiple hostname on a server?

I am currently looking for a way to configure a server to allow multiple hostname like this:

user1.mydomain.com
user2.mydomain.com
.
.
otheruser.mydomain.com

I wanted to be able to add new host name as user sign up on my site. Any suggestion?
