Hello Guys,

I have a client that has a time condition in VM PRO for business hours. I have a test variable set to route calls to their after hours AA if they close early. All they have to do his hit a button.

Can I configure the opposite? I need to configure a way to allow calls to come in if they decide to open up early.

Thanks for the help!

Create a group that will only be used to change status - no members, probably exclude from directory

Add a Set Hunt Group Night Service button on a phone for this group. Label it "Force Open"

In the voicemail flow, before checking the time condition, use a Generic action to get the Service Mode of that hunt group. Next use a Test Variable action to compare $SAV to specific value of 2. Connect the Specific branch to the Open destination, connect the No Match to where time condition would normally start.

Press the Hunt Group Night Service button, the light comes on greet to remind you of the mode, and calls ring into the Open destination. Press it again, the light goes off, calls follow the normal route.
