How to allow blocked content activeX (swf file)in IE7?

I'm having a problem with my web page, It has some flash 8 contents. There is a problem when I tried to load this page in IE 7(firefox doesn't have this problem), it appears a warning message to inform me that I should allow running the blocked content every time I reload the page. I'm using dreamweaver 8 and flash 8.
I would like to know if there is a way in which I will be able to allow the blocked content to run without requesting the user to do so?
