How to adjust the service charge option in aloha Quick service

Hi ,

we wanted to transfer from quick service to table service but they told us that we should throw all our licenses and buy new ones so we decided to keep them and try to make it fit the operation ..

now i enetered the order mode and marked the service option with a fixed rate 0.12 percentage ..


the problem is that it does not appear in the reports ...

how can i apply 12 & service charge to the check ?? and get it in the reports

ok i found it , but there is a variance between the actual service charge and the report service charge ... !!
