How to adjust .NET security

I need to adjust the .NET security on a computer. How can I automate the steps on the following:

I would imagine it would be only a registry edit. Anyone know where they are?

caspol -m -chggroup LocalIntranet_Zone FullTrust

That's what I was trying to do.
