Can anyone tell me how do I send an email message to someone with an email address of this format name/Section/Group@domain

e.g. :
albert/FIN/MARKETING_GROUP@abc.com

I have no problem writing to the person using netscape account. But when I use my Outlook 2000 sending a message to that recipient via Exchange 5.5, Exchange complaint with the following message from administrator :

'albert/FIN/MARKETING_GROUP@abc.com' on 12/2/03 11:37 AM
The recipient name is not recognized
The MTS-ID of the original message is: c=US;a= ;p=XYZ;l=MAIL2-031202033701Z-86293
MSEXCH:IMS:XYZ:XYZ.COM:MAIL2 3550 (000B09AA) 550 Relaying not allowed

I guese that has something to do with the '/' character in the recipient email address. If I were using that same email address with the '/' character using my netscape account, the message went through without any problem.

Please let me know of any solution. Thanks.
