How to add three business days to a system date

Hi Everyone

I have a field named date that captures the system date, as per the date a file is opened. I have a second field named Follow Up Date. I need this field to show a date which is calculated by taking the system date that is stored in the date field and adding three business days to it (excluding the weekends).

Can someone please tell me how I could go about doing this. I'd really appreciate the help.
