We have NICE 8.9 VOIP LOgger [RTP Sniffing VoIP Loggers for Dynamic IP Addresses] integrated with CISCO CCM [Geotel].

One of our agent/extension is not reflecting into NICE monitor [ NO Events at all ].

I have checked devices.wri file that agent extension is not added in the list.

IF agent logged in onto extension which added in the list then agent is viewable in monitor.
So need to add the extension into devices.wri

Please help this is urgent.

Look into the NICE folder. I an't really remember where exactly but there's an application called IPTool. There you can edit the IP devices according to you licensed channels.

Regards,

hi expack. stop cls software then go to nice cls server\server controller then switch menu and run cisco geotel and in there all the devices are added and this updates the devices file for you.

restart the cls software and you should be good.

dario that would be for static mapping and mascmap file of logger would be updated but this is a dynamic environment and cls determines what channel records what
