How to add the total number of pages for the report and the current page number to the page footer. How to do that in Crystal Reports 8.5? And how to set landscape printing for the report?

Thank you in advance

In your Field Explorer, or (insert|field) click on the "special fields" heading and chose "page N of M" and place it in your page footer.

To set landscape - go to File|Printer Setup and chose Landscape.

Than you for reply. This worked fine.
Is there is a way to set landscape so that a user doesn't have to go to File|Printer Setup

The Crystal layout is entirely printer based, so it emulates how it's formatted for printing, so the answer is no, unless you're using external code and going through an API.

If that's significantly more challenging for your users that say a Page Layout function would be, time to place an ad out for new users ;)
