Within the MSS at Subscriber Management, there are default fields that can be seen when we perform a sorting of subscribers. We wish to find a list of ALL the Personal Operator Mailbox extensions on the server, but that field is not admnisterable as a field on the search form. We know we can put this information in one of the 'MISC' fields below and sort that way, but we don't know if there is another way to learn this information from the server. Anyone have an idea?

You can use the Mailbox Manager software included with the MM system to get a listing of Personal Operator mailboxes.

Ok, I see the data, and I can export it to the MAS, but how do I get it OFF of the MAS to an Excell sheet?

Well you can use a usb drive or copy it to a network share

Thanks, Ken! I am a Help Desk tech for all 50 states and Canada, so I'm having to guide locals to handle stuff for themselves. I was hoping there was a way to pull the data to my 'remote' workstation so that I could send them the worksheet. I'm familiar with removeable media, such as the thumb drive, but I wanted to have a 'gift' for them of a spreadsheet. Thanks for your always reliable responses!
Paul.
