How to add / remove Account Codes - Merlin Legend

I have a remote office that they let go of the only person who knew how to do this. so we are stuck trying to get a hold of soemone. but this system is very old and not too many people remember how. i am not in the office but any help i can provide.

I believe these are the prompts from WinSPM or the programming console:

System Program
Exit
Extensions
More
Account Code

If you are talking about the Account Codes used by their Carrier, that should just be a speed dial.

The ones that can be kept track of by their SMDR are done in the system programming of extensions.
