It seems like this should be something simple covered in my basic usage guides, but I can't seem to find it.
I want to add RCO 0 to an existing set, and cannot figure out how.

It's a 2008 if that matters. Can provide TN printout of necessary.

Thanks in advance.

UPDATE

Judging from something I found in an older post, it seems I need to change FITD to FITA in CLS. The set i'm using as a reference to fix a CFN problem has FITA as well.

So I guess my question is modified: what is the proper way to edit the CLS settings for a set?

Thanks.

If it is an ACD set always out and rebuild. if not an ACD then you can use the easy change or scroll through the prompts to the CLS and simply type in what you want the change to reflect.

RCO 0 is the default isn't it????
You shouldn't need to change a thing unless you want to go to RCO 1 or 2.

it's a 2008 and RCO isn't on the set at all, which i suspect is why it doesn't CFNA to voicemail.

Make sure you have DBA (flexible incoming tones allowed on a digital sets)in ld 15 OPT if this is a digital set.

This is what you need to do after further research~
CLS = FNA or MWA (or both).

I see you are missing both!

hrm...

Adding CLS FNA fixed the problem. Thank you all very much.

adding cls fna and nothing else does the same thing.. prt the set and rco 0 will be there.. it takes the default as soon as you add forward.. might want an fdn so it will work..
