I have added Phantom loop n96 into the opt 11c and I use
OTM to administrator the system.
I don't know how to add this phantom loop into otm cfg?
I then would need to build a model phantom 500 set and I don't know how to do that either?
I did this in MAT but that was way back then. otm is new for me.
Any help would be great. Thanks

Try to build a phantom phone Via command line, then do a retrieve system data with OTM and your loop info should show.

If your Phantom loop does not show in OTM, choose the View menu in Station Administration, choose Hardware. You can now manually add the Phantom loop in the Hardware plan.

To build a Template or a phantom set I would choose the Telephone Type 2500-Ph and remember the DCFW feature. The default call forward is really the only important feature on a Phantom set.

Hello Everyone,
Not to hijack this thread or anything but I also have OTM and I knew my phantom loops did not show. I tried to add them but it informs that the loop I want to add is for phantoms only and does not allow this.

Thanks,
NortelOpt61

It is well known that OTM often does not retrieve hardware correct - therefore we usualle check View, Hardware and correct the hardward plan ourselves.
