How to add Internet acces to an existing Exchange 5.5 Server?

We have a 5.5 Exchange server running on NT 4.0 with IIS. Any resources to how to set up the internet access portion so people can check mail from home? The site already has an internet connection etc.....

I have never done this and am at a loss.

You need to set up a Remote Access server. Is your entire Network 4.0? What kind of internet connection do you have?
