how to add information on a form

Hey, i need help big time. access will not let me add new information in a form. i have tried everything i can think of even retyping some of my tables. i will run the form and i don't see the button that will let me add. i have even tryied adding a command button but it still will not let me add. i have another form that it will let me add new information. could u please help me. i don't know who else to ask.

Have you set your form to allow for inconsistant updates? Go to your form's properites - Data tab - Recordset type - Dynaset (Inconsistent Updates). I have run across this a few times and that seemed to fix the problem!

Ok i tried what jbehrne said to do but it still did not work. i have enter information on the tables that i want to see too. when i tried enter new information in it would not let me. could anybody please tell me somethine else i could try?
