How to add image to crystal repository

Hello,

I want to add a componoy logo in 6 different reports. I want to know how I can add the logo to crystal repository and from repository how I can add to different reports.

Also I want to know If after a month company wants to replace the old logo with the new one then I think I have to go to the repository and delete the old one and add the new one, If I do like this whether it's going to reflect in all 6 different reports with the new logo.

I am using crystal reports XI.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
