How to add Icon in TaskBar (Quick Launch) 1

I need to set and icon application into the taskbar, in order to activate it with a double click over this icon, such as Quick Lauch

Could anyone help me, please?

Hi
On a win2000 machine
You have to add the shortcut/folder/file to :
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
