How to add FQDN in NS_Ref file instead of Hostname

I am using corba version 2.3. While starting the NameServer NS_Ref file would be created and the location was configured in orb.properties. In NS_Ref file only hostname available. I want to change the hostname to FQDN while creating that file itself. ie. while starting the NameServer process.
Let me know the configuration to make the change...
