Hi,
We have some internal files (xml and pdf) which we open using Internet Explorer, however when the files are accessed via a network drive then IE8 thinks it is in an unknown zone and disables the active x settings.
Accessing the same file via \\servername\sharename\filename and IE8 then correctly uses local intranet settings and all the active x works.
Is their any way to put drive letters into the Trusted Zone section of IE8 ?
I have tried all the syntax that i can think of.
(I also have already got the tick for UNC path names in the Local Intranet section of IE8's security settings - doesn't seem to work tho).
