How to add Downloading a zip file to page 2

I'd like to add a the ability for users to download a sample application from my web-page. The application is setup.exe, but will be contained in a zip file.

I want to ensure it is downloaded and not ran from the server if possible.

Any suggestions.

It won't be run from the server. Just upload the zip file to your server and link to it as per <a href=&quot;myfile.zip&quot;>Download</a>

The download of the file will be handled by the browser.
