MY TABLE IS LIKE THIS.


ROOM PRICE COMMENTS
101 $34.50 CLEANED
102 $50.00 NULL
103 $60.90 NOT CLEANED

I WNT MY REPORT LIKW


ROOM PRICE COMMENTS
101 $34.50 CLEANED
102 $50.00 REPAIR
103 $60.90 NOT CLEANED

CAN ANYONE HELP

 
You'll have to use a formula to check for nulls, and format accordingly, then place the formula field on the report in place of the db field:

//@Comments
If IsNull({Table.CommentsField}) then
"REPAIR"
Else
{Table.CommentsField};

i tried to do the same thing but it shows the blank space in place of null.
 
So, is it actually NULL, or is it an empty string? Try changing the first line to this:

If IsNull({Table.CommentsField}) or {Table.CommentsField} = "" then
