I am using Crystal Reports 9.0.

I would like to link to tables together with fields "unitID" and "PropUnit"

I links the fields but when I add more then one field to the report the data disappears in the perview.

I looked at Crystal’s sample report. It uses a SQL statement.

How do I add an SQL statement if that's what I need to get this to work.

Thanks,

Steve

I suspect that some training is in order, but your problem may simply be that you're using an Equal Join when you want a Left Outer.

Select Database->View Database Links and right click the join and select options and change it to a Left Outer

Try some tutorials and try to learn about databases and SQL in general.

Your post should also include technical information, such as:

Crystal version
Database/connectivity used
Example data
Expected output
