Hi

im trying to add a prepending digit to all outgoing calls using a ISDN trunk.
Trying to make it so that when a external number is called, one additional digit is added.

for example:

Some calls:
9 (outside), 12345 (phonenumber)

But the telephony provider should see a call to 512345 (md110 adding the 5).

any suggestions?

Hi,

you can use the Parameter "PRE" in the "RODDI"

here is an example from one of our customers (MXone V6.0).(but it is the same in MD110, only the ADC-Parameter is shorter in MD110)
(first customer selects route 11, and then route 1 and sends pre-digits to PSTN)

In your scenario, you will only need one entry with DECT, ROU, ADC, TRC, SRT PRE.

EXTERNAL DESTINATION ROUTE DATA
DEST DRN ROU CHO CUST ADC TRC SRT NUMACK PRE
110 11 0606100000000250000001010000 0 1
1 1 0005000000000250000000000000 3 4 1108914453113

best regards,
Norbert

Hi

Good advice - but you also need to check that 9 is the dest code that's used - NADAP:NUMTYP=ED; - if 9 shows as a number in the print you are ok, if not send NADAP:NUMTYP=LC; and you will have to look into your Least Cost Routing programming as you are not using DEST 9 to dial out,
