how to add an accesslist with specific submask??

Hi, everybody i am in a hurry!!
i need to add an access-list with this properties!!
net: x.x.x.x
submas: 255.255.255.16

so, i the net will have like 240 pc's!! but i don´t know who to put that in an access-list, i know for example how tio add an acc for a hole net
access-list 100 permit ip any x.x.x.x 0.0.0.255

Good thinking , but CISCO does not support non-contigous mask i.e you 0001000 mask.
If you want that many hosts why not use class B address and Subnet mask as 255.255.255.0.
then your access list will be simple just add 0.0.0.255 as mask.
