How to add a VM box on Merlin Magix

Can a VM box be added from the main console? If not how do you add a VM box using SPM?

You don't. You add it through the voicemail system. You need to log-in to your Merlin Messaging using the adminstrator extension and password.

So I need to find out what the adminstrator's extension and password is?

Yes. You're not allowed to put that stuff on this site or you get flagged. If you know how to log-in to change the auto-attendant, that is the same log-in/password to get into the main admin menu. Then, instead of going to option 3 for auto-attedants, you go to option 2 for mailboxes. This all assumes you have Merlin Messaging and not a third party voicemail system.

Once you make that mailbox, you also need to tell the phone system that there is a place to send the call when the extension doesn't answer. You do that from the console or through WinSPM.
