How to add a property to a table, form or Access itself

I would like to add a boolean required property to some tables and/or forms to make data valadation simpler. How do I go about doing that? And, if I want to make it permanent, can I add a new property like that so Access always creates it or do I need to add it on a database, form or table basis each time?
