How to add a new location, Network region and network map for CM 5.2? Will there be service impact?

Are you adding a new cabinet or media-gateway..? as far as adding a new network region and network map, that is not service effecting.

I am adding a location name for a new site in that country but that site dont have gateway snd cabinet so the
Ip phones will register back to main base on network map which points to the NR. So whe adding NR ,it requies to enter location no.

Yes, when configuring a NR you do add the location, this can be done at anytime, it is not service effecting.
