Hello everybody,
I'm trying to add a new portable extension on a Panasonic TDA-200 using the Panasonic Maintenance Console via USB, but I have not been successful.

I can see the list portable extensions, but when I add it, it doesn't work. the phone doesn't register.

Hope you can help me.

Thank you very much.

what happens when you go to register the phone, are you adding the ps in system>portable stations

Thanks obtsystems, ok now the ps 8943 is registered but I have another issue, the Panasonic pbx has a card connected for the wired stations, all ws are connected to a NEC pbx which has all the ws numbers configured too, the new ps shows on the screen 8943 but when I dial from the new ps 8943, it's taking another ps line (8939) and when I dial from another phone the number 8943, the new ps never rings, so I think the problem is in the Panasonic, how can I link a ps with a ws ?

Thank you very much for your help.

I am not sure what way it is setup, linked to nec, if the wired station is on the panasonic, in extension settings, you will see wireless xdp depends on software level, it will be under main or option 1. enter wireless extension number in the box for wired extension to pair with.
