My company has an employee who is currently answering one of our 3 Attendant Consoles. She is moving to another location and they want to set her up with an IP phone that can answer the LDN. Any help would be appreciated.
You can either remove it as an LDN and put it on this persons phone (then the Attendants will not be able to answer it) or use "Attendant Alternative Answering" as found in the Feature Descriptions books.
