I am helping a user add a hyperlink onto the actice cell, does anyone knows how to do this? (ExcelXP, W2K)

Sorry, I meant to write: I need a macro that creates a directory, naming it after the contents of the active cell, then adds a hyperlink to that new directory to the active cell.

Thanks.

You would probably do better in the MS Office forum, but there is a toolbar button on the standard toolbar which inserts a hyperlink into a cell, and allows you to set text displayed as well as target site.
