I have a 2 node cluster, Windows 2000 Advanced Server set, which I am using as our corporate print server. I have around 700 print queues on the cluster. Currently our company uses 8 NT 4 print servers which will soon be retired, and then I will implement the new print cluster at that time. I am running into a little dilemma though… I have created a new global group called “Printer Operators” (we have not implemented AD yet). How can I add this group to all 700+ print queues on my new print server(s) without doing it manually??? Is there a way I can do this? I use the program “Hyena” but I haven’t found a way to do it with that yet… it may not do it at all. Thanks in advance for any help you all can provide. I know my explanation is as clear as mud! :)
