How to Add a Disclaimer to the Access Gateway Enterprise Edition

Hi,

I am trying to add a disclaimer for my external xenapp users on my netscaler 5550 standard edition through access gateway enterprise edition 10.1

I have followed this link with no success:

-Open the index.html file in a text editor. Search the login button definition in the main table.

I don't have that definition in my index.html file.

Any help appreciated.
