How to add a database

I am logging onto Crystal Reports and creating a new connection through Database Expert. I enter my Server:, UserID:, and Password: information. When I choose Database, the one I need is not listed in the drop-down. How do I add a database to the drop-down list.

Any help would be much appreciated!

YOur DB Admin needs to grants rights for the UserId you are using to view the relevant DB and tables.
