I'm trying to add a custom crystal report to the menu options. I know that its a new feature, in the Visual Menu Builder, but I dont know how to add it. Do I need to compile my Crystal Report into an .exe? How about the user defined paramters?

Yes, you can compile as an exe & add to the menu. You can put the exe or rpt in a folder everyone can access from the network as a shortcut on their desktop.

If you use pwe, you can create a tab for your rpts or exe files. I have several of these tabs since I have quite a few crystal reports & they are easier to organize & maintain as pwe tabs rather than updating menus for users.

Trick to adding to VMB: when you link to the exe, you usually have to manually type in the full path name to the exe rather than browse. Unless they fixed that little feature in 7.6.200 . . . Doubt it.
