How to add a calendar month 2

Is there an easy way to add a calendar month to a cell based on another cell? To be clear if I have a date of 1/31/2014 I wanted the next value to be 2/28/2014 and not 3/3/2014.

So what are the rules?

If you add a "calendar month" to 1/29 thru 1/31, then would the result for those 3 dates be 2/28 or 2/29 in a leap year?

In that event, might be something like this...
