Hi, the IP Office phone system requires dial 9 before the phone number. How do I set it up so the users don't need (or auto adding 9) to dial 9 if users are making the phone calls from the call log.

Add the prefix "9" and "1" if you want to account for long distance callers in the prefix on the line the calls are coming in on. You can also do this via the 46xx settings file if you are using IP Phones. That way you don't make the call log look odd.
