I would like to add one table to my sharepoint. If I use the wizard it puts all the tables on the sharepoint, but they are already there. I only want to add one (new) table as a sharepoint list in my access application.

Export the new table to the sharepoint
Delete all tables in my access application
Link to all the tables on my sharepoint again

But is this the right way????

I have a similiar situation with tables linked to sharepoint and I have had success with this.

Right click on the tables that are already linked, select sharepoint options (near the bottom) and choose Re-Link sharepoint tables. This should open up a list of all your tables with check mark options to re-link to. You can de-select all the tables that are already linked and select the ones that you want to create a link for. I hipe this helps
