How to Activate the company Directory ? 2

Hi Gens

dialing the main number
callers are answered by auto attendant and given the option to dial ext, press # to reach the directory, when a caller press # form the auto attendant main menue to reach the dirctory
the system ansewer back Directory is not available at this time?
any thoughts

A mailbox only appears in the directory when it's initialized.

Otherwise, go into F983, password, press 5 (maybe 6) and turn the directory on.

Try option 4 then press next till you see directory.

voice mail boxes are active
and still, it says the directory is not available at this time when you press # from the main menu

i did a password reset on VMB 10 and 100
could no not access general delivery mail box (
from the reception phone dn 30) by FTR 891 10 0000,
or 100 0000
the display show voice mail locked
contact your system admin,
