We inherited a Partner II system. We recorded a new Auto-A message, but the system default greeting plays before the new Auto-A menu...How do I turn it off and get the custom message to answer? (I know its simple, but I am clueless...)
On Partner Mail R1, there is a seperate system greeting, that you normally record as "Thank you for calling XYZ company". Then you record the Auto Attendant greeting from there "If you know your party's extension.....". When the Auto Attendant answers, it strings them together for you caller to hear the complete message.
