How to ACD a # in Cisco CM world-.newbie

We are changing users' phone Ext.s but want to be able to keep thier old ext.'s active until years end.I plan to remove all appearances of the old Ext.'s and then would like to have those ring to the new ones.how can I set this up?Thanks.

Config a translation pattern for each DN
(Route Plan > Translation Pattern)

Config the Called Party Transform Mask for each DN to the number you want the calls sent to
