How to access real time call data

My company has an Avaya DEFINITY G3R11. It stores historical call data in an Informix database. We can access it through ODBC and run some web based reports. Now I want to access the real time call data also, which shall be somewhere in the memory. I know it is doable since the Avaya CentrVu can do it. I tried to look into its COM library, but could not figure out anything valuable.

Could someone tell me where to look at? Do I have to buy some COM component manual from Avaya?

u can do the "monitor" command and watch data being displayed or "list measurements

Thanks for the prompt reply. Would you please provide more details? such as the tools used, command line or CentrVu? is it the only way?

It would be from the "command line" when logged in the Definity. put in "monitor" then hit the "help" key to see what u want monitored. SAme way with the "list measurements
