How to Access Ras 1500

I need to add a new user to a RAS 1500 and i can´t login the router. I have tried to login through the Software of 3Com, TRAM Software, but it doen´t detect the router, i have also tried it through Telnet, but i can´t remember the user neither the password. How can i login the router??

what software do you use to configure the RAS1500 ?

I also have an RAS1500, and I have configured it through both telnet, console and web, but I cannot find any download for this configuration program on the 3com website

if you dont know the password, try to console into the unit (RS232), by default you should not need to login, then you will have to delete the config using delete config... this will reset everything back to factory defaults
