How to access port 25 in router cisco firewall

Hi I have mail server sme work in behind Cisco firewall router 800
this is router Cisco firewall to give me public IP 78.93.244.61
I using this router as gateway 192.168.1.254 to mail server that take ip 192.168.1.4
From one week happen problem i cannot send or receive emails
also when test internet connection in mail server it tell me
test connection failed
i call isp to tell him that firewall close port 25
i use port scanner to 78.93.244.61
it give me

it tell me this problem from your local network
all ports is open to router
Can you tell me what i do to solve the problem and open port 25
mail server cannot access the internet because there are firewall found
close port of mail 25
they tell us the problem from our side network
and i told them the problem from your side
can you help me in this and tell me what the problem
and how to solve
