hi
if you get error table does not exist
you have no permission set on that table and database.

Hi,

The error I am getting is

Error can't open file

The table has no fields.

Now I have check my rights and I have full access to the folders in Novel.

hi did u check this
It was discovered that a Microsoft Access query that was based on a Microsoft Access 97 database (primary table) on the Novell box, was linked to a Microsoft Access 97 table on another machine (Windows NT). The query was set up such that the data source target only reflected the primary table.

On the design machine, a drive mapping to the Windows NT machine (which houses the other linked tables) was established, but on the other machines there was no such drive mapping.

On the Info Server it was necessary to create a virtual mapping to the drives that contained both database tables referenced in the query. The report could then be accessed by other Report Design machines.

cheers
